Alex Ferguson has a problem with losing. That is why he has won so many trophies over the years. But that is also one of his flaws. He can never accept the fact that his team didn't perform as well as they could. Instead of looking at why his team failed, he focuses on what his opponents did wrong.

Rafael committed a foul in the game yesterday and Ferguson should have focused on what the youngster did and maybe help him so that he isn't in that position again, but instead the manager lashed out at the German team for asking the referee to send Rafael off.
